A (global) axiom, i.e., a fact (typically about uninterpreted functions) that is assumed to hold for all values of its parameters; see tests/tests/pos/surface/axiom00.rs

The (universally quantified) binders of the axiom

§body: Expr

The actual definition of the axiom, which must have sort bool
